Unfortunately, we can’t share our recipe with you, however, you are more than welcome to come are try it!

No. Valerios only uses fresh cut chips, which have been delivered as whole potatoes from local farmers each morning.

Once delivered our potatoes are washed, peeled and then chipped before we fry them.

Our restaurant caters for coach parties and larger gatherings.

If you have something planned please don’t hesitate to contact contact us and a member of staff can assist with your booking

For very large groups and coach parties we may also be able to offer additional discounts on set menus.
